Where do your products come from?
We curate Japanese brands and Japanese-style goods and ship them from partner warehouses. Popular brands in our range include Hada Labo, Shiseido, Senka, Anessa, Bioré, Pilot and Sakura.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank converts at their rate if you pay in another currency.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund in full if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once it ships, it is treated as a return.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, allow 5–12 business days for the United States, 10–20 for Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and 12–25 for the rest of the world. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy page.
Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?
Our range comes from several specialist suppliers, so items in one order may ship from different facilities and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for this.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
What is your returns window?
30 days from delivery for change of mind, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with seals intact.
Are there items you cannot take back?
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare, sunscreen or sheet masks, or worn socks and hosiery — unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover return postage.
How long do refunds take?
5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, plus a few days for your bank to post it.
Products
Are your skincare products genuine?
Yes. We source from established suppliers and stock recognised Japanese brands rather than unbranded copies.
Are the clear umbrellas actually windproof?
They use fibreglass or reinforced ribs that flex in gusts rather than inverting. No umbrella is indestructible in a storm, but these hold up far better than a cheap folding one.
